Please note, registration for the Navy Cash mobile app is exclusive to current Navy Cash cardholders with an active status. If this is your first time installing the app, you will need to create a new user ID and password as existing website credentials are not compatible.

If you require enrollment in the Navy Cash card program, please select the "Need a Card" option from the Welcome to Navy Cash screen on the app.

The Navy Cash mobile app provides convenient access to your prepaid card details directly from your mobile device, offering functionalities such as:

• Viewing balance
• Checking transaction history
• Suspending or reactivating cards
• Managing alerts
• Locating nearby ATMs

Security measures are paramount, with all mobile data transmissions and card information safeguarded by 128-bit encryption.

During the enrollment process, it is crucial not to exit the application until you receive and enter the activation code, which will be sent as an SMS/text message within 2 minutes.
